“For someone who has difficulty expressing their feelings with words, playing with LEGO® bricks can actually help me get to know myself better.”
If any of these sound like you, you're in the right place.
Through the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, thoughts that typically whirl in your head – everything abstract, everything you haven't been able to articulate – begin to take shape as your hands build with LEGO®. And once they take shape, you can see them. Touch them. Understand them.
The facilitator doesn't give you the answers.
Because the answers are already within you. This workshop helps you find them.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is at the heart of the Good Duck workshop.
This method builds understanding through hands-on experience and personal reflection using LEGO® bricks. Through hand movements, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® connects thoughts and transforms them into tangible forms.
The instructor's role is to guide the process of exploring ideas, perspectives, and understanding, not to provide answers. Instead, all answers come from the participants themselves, not from books or other people.
This method has been used in everything from educational institutions and non-profit organizations to global brands to help individuals and teams discover ideas, solve problems, and plan for a clearer future.
Good Duck Workshop is a space to train all three. And the journey doesn't stop when the session ends.
You don't need motivation or to attend a seminar. You need an honest space and process to find it.
"Good Duck was founded for that moment. With LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® as our tool, I believe that the deepest thoughts are often more easily formed through hands than through words."
Since 2020, Dyah and the team of Good Duck facilitators have guided over 1,200 participants from various backgrounds: students, professionals, business founders, retirees, and even those starting new chapters, in Indonesia and Singapore.
“For someone who has difficulty expressing their feelings with words, playing with LEGO® bricks can actually help me get to know myself better.”
“Thanks to Good Duck’s help, the pieces in my head now, like my goals and experiences so far, can be connected to each other.”
“At first, I felt a bit intimidated to join. Good Duck workshop, but it turned out that I was able to visualize what I really wanted.”
" In a way, "This workshop is a safe place to discuss personal experiences and our pasts. It feels like we can freely share anything."
Good Duck is a space for thinking – for individuals, teams, communities, and organizations. We believe that the ability to think clearly and find answers from within is something that can be trained and maintained. Not just for big moments in life, but as a habit that continues to grow. Workshops are the entry point, and the journey continues through various other experiences and products.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a methodology that uses LEGO® bricks to make abstract ideas concrete. Its foundation lies in the connection between hands and mind – when you build something physically, you often discover things you wouldn't find just by thinking or talking.
Anyone at a crossroads - choosing a major, trying new things, rethinking their career, or simply wanting to better understand what they truly want.

That's perfectly fine. This workshop is not about playing with LEGO® — but about thinking through LEGO®. Most of our participants aren't "LEGO® people" either. All that's required is a willingness to try a different process.
Maximum 12 participants per session. Next workshop: May 30, 2026
